If you receive an error message when attempting to log into our Online Bill Pay application, please take the following steps:

1.  Right click on the top bar within IE10 and check, "Menu Bar"

2.  Click on "Tools"--capatibility view settings

3.  Check, "display all websites in compatibility mode" or just click on "add" to add a certain site to be viewed in compatibility mode.

QUICK PAY

We have a new payment option.  Please click "Make Online Payment" below.  Follow these instructions:

1.  Choose the second option on the online bill payment screen "Pay bill without logging in."

2.  Enter your entire account number except for the last 2 digits that will begin with 7, 8, or 9.

3.  Enter your tenant number which is those last two digits of your account number that will begin with 7, 8, or 9.

4.  Follow the onscreen prompts and be sure to wait until you get a confirmation number.

The quick pay option is only to pay your bill; if you want to view billing, usage, or payment history, you will need to register your account as per the instructions below.

Our online payment system requires that you create a user name and password.  This is created by you, the user.  Once you have created a unique user id and password, you will also need your West Wilson Utility District account number, which is on your bill.  Once your online account is established, you will only need your user name and password for future visits to make payments online.

Some helpful hints for setting up your online account:

Choose the first option on the online bill payment screen "Log in to pay bill, view usage, more"

Payment by Phone

You can securely make credit card payments by phone by calling 877-201-3741 24 hours a day.  You will need your water account number as well as your credit card information.  You will need to enter all digits of your account number with no decimals or spaces.
