New Service

To obtain water service at a new home or business, or to sign up for an existing home or business, you may come into our office to sign a contract and pay a Connection Fee.  The Connection Fees can be found here.  We ask that you please come in at least 24 hours prior to needing the service turned on in your name.

Or you may sign up by email; we will email you the information and contract.  You will have to sign the contract, have it notarized and email back to us along with a photo i.d., preferably your driver's license.  We will collect the connection fee by credit or debit card.  We do ask that you give us 24 hours notice if possible prior to needing the service turned on in your name.  Please call our office at 615-758-5682 to get the email sign up process started.

 

Payment Options

 

Payments can be made by mail, at our office, in our night depository, online with credit or debit cards, or automatically with bank draft.  Using bank drafts eliminates postage, trips to our office and the payment is always drafted on the due date with no late charges assessed.  With bank draft, you will still receive a billing statement showing the meter readings and usage approximately 15 days before your bank account is drafted.  Bank draft is the most efficient way to pay your water bill.  You may print the necessary bank draft enrollment form here.  We encourage everyone to consider it.  Online payments are also available on this website using the link provided above.

We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with the exception of Holidays.
