The West Wilson Utility District recently received it's annual Sanitary Survey results from the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, Division of Water Supply.

The West Wilson Utility District participated in a voluntary Pharmaceuticals and Personal Care Products (PPCP)study conducted by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation's Division of Water Supply.
The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation bills us each year an amount according to the number of customers we have which they designate a "Facility Maintenance Fee". This money is used for environmental issues.
Rate Increase Effective June 1, 2011.

Late charges will also increase from 10% to 12.5% on bills not paid by the due date.

New Statement Coming Soon
The format of your water bill will be completely different. Instead of a postcard, you will receive a statement with a lot more information and an envelope will be included for your convenience in returning your payment to us.
On all business and commercial accounts, there is a Facility Charge that has always been included in the water charge each month. With statement billing, these amounts will be broken out to show water charges and Facility Charges on separate lines. No increase in the facility charge at all; just shown separately on the statement.
The West Wilson Utility District is responsible for delivering safe and dependable water to consumers. Safe and dependable water is essential to sustaining the health, safety and general welfare of our community and the protection of our drinking water sources is critical to both the community and the water providers serving our community.

Capacity Fees will increase $200.00 per lot or unit for new development effective March 1, 2007. This will increase the Development Fees from $1,500.00 to $1,700.00 per lot or unit.
The Board of Commissioners meetings are always held on the second Thursday of each month at 2:00 p.m. at the West Wilson Utility District office at 10960 Lebanon Road, Mt. Juliet, TN.
The next Commissioners meeting will be held on June 20, 2013.
